World Magnetics, in partnership with Northwestern Michigan College, is offering three U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeships—opening doors to rewarding careers in manufacturing. These roles mark a transformative step in cultivating the next generation of talent within the manufacturing industry. As highlighted by Networks Northwest in their recent announcement, these apprenticeships are a game-changing initiative designed to develop highly skilled professionals. Martin Paul, President of World Magnetics, elaborates:

World Magnetics is now inviting interest for the following apprenticeships:
- CNC Set-Up Programmer Apprentice (1 Year): Program and operate CNC machinery with a focus on quality assurance.
- Drafter, Tool Design Apprentice (4 Years): Gain expertise in CAD modeling, tool design, and CNC programming.
- Mold Setter Apprentice (1 Year): Master the configuration and maintenance of molding equipment for efficient production.
These programs blend structured on-the-job learning with classroom instruction, providing a holistic pathway to success in advanced manufacturing.
